Founder & CEO

As an entrepreneur, consultant, coach, speaker, author, educator, and business strategist, she has spent the last 30 years growing and restructuring businesses. She is the founder and CEO of two boutique firms, Healthcare Business Connection, LLC and Your Staffing Connection, LLC. She is the creator of Build Your Healthcare Practice and a wide array of entrepreneurial endeavors. She began her first business in Houston Heights, Texas in 2010, a business service firm, which successfully navigated her clients through Covid19 and increased revenues for billing clients during this time. In her leadership roles, she is known as the turnaround practice queen, creates and starts new practices, and assists those providers ready to exit the healthcare field. She delivers consistency and provides clients with quality over quantity solutions. She has been featured in Voyage Houston as Houston’s Most Inspiring Stories. She was invited and presented to Frost Bank Executives about the Healthcare Climate change in 2016. She has led numerous seminars for doctors, practice managers, and staff. Her involvement in the community is immense. She volunteers on the MD Anderson BootWalk Leadership Committee; the Kidney Foundation walks, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Run/Walks, Texas Heart Institute Run/Walks, Alzheimer Association walks, Texas Children’s Hospital-Send a Patient Greeting, and Dress for Success. Her hobbies include hiking, traveling, gardening, and spending time with her two cats, two dogs, friends, and family.
